Omid Salehzadeh Einabad Wins Dean's Convocation Medal
Congratulations to Omid Salehzadeh Einabad, who has been selected as a recipient of SFU's Dean's Convocation Medal. The medal recognizes SFU's top graduate students, based on thesis quality, Cumulative Grade Point Average, timeliness of the completion of the degree, and overall contributions to research.
Working under the supervision of Prof. Simon Watkins, Salehzadeh Einabad defended his PhD thesis, Morphology and the Conductivity Tuning of III-V Semiconductor Nanowires, in July 2013. He completed his MSc thesis, Carbon Doping of GaAs NWs, in 2010, also with Watkins.
