I am originally from Toronto, Ontario and completed my Honours Degree in Psychology at McMaster University in June 2007.  My research interests relate to the study of aggression; specifically, I am interested in investigating both predictors and outcomes of overt and relational aggression in adolescents.  I am also interested in gender differences in the developmental course of aggression.  For my Master’s thesis I plan to explore the relationship between childhood maltreatment, rejection-sensitivity, and aggression in high-risk youth in British Columbia.

When I’m not in the lab I enjoy spending time with friends, checking out new restaurants, reading, and watching movies…especially 80’s movies.
