I completed my honours degree in Psychology in 2005 at Simon Fraser University. I am currently working as a Research Assistant in the Adolescent Health Lab as I ponder how best to combine my academic background with my interests in community building, social justice, and environmental conservation.

For now, I am excited to be collaborating with Margaret Jackson from the Department of Criminology, studying emergent themes in the lives of urban, aboriginal, young, single mothers and their children.

When not busy coding, interviewing or transcribing, I enjoy bombing around town on my bicycle (in all types of weather!), learning Spanish, and cooking with local, organic produce.
