Shannon Gelb (upper left) completed her undergraduate degree at Canadian University College in Lacombe, Alberta. She completed her masters degree at SFU, and is now in the 2nd year of the doctorate program. She is currently studying neuropsychological functioning as a predictor of medication adherence and employment status amongst kidney transplant recipients.
Theone Paterson (upper right) is a Second Year Master's student in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology Stream). She completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto. She is currently investigating the relationship between self-efficacy and everyday problem solving ability in young and older adults. She is also exploring cognitive and psychosocial predictors of medication adherence in renal transplant patients.
Jessica Kubik (lower left) completed her undergraduate degree at Scripps College in Claremont, California. She is in her second year of the masters program, and is currently conducting research looking at the effects of comorbid chronic illness on everyday problem solving and cognition.
Sophie Yeung (lower right) is a 1st year Master’s student in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology stream). She completed her Bachelor of Sciences degree at the University of Alberta. Sophie's current research focus is exploring the consequences of chronic illness, specifically hypertension, on traditional and everyday problem solving abilities of older adults.
