We're looking for a BI who has experience working with toddlers, comfortable with being on the floor, silly, flexible and ready to have some fun toddler play.
The goals are embedded into play, so strong play skills with a toddler are necessary.
Training will be provided by our Behavior Analyst Hilary McClinton, ESDM Certified Therapist, and Intern Joen Alfaro-Mina.

Description:
For more than 15 years, a close-knitted group of passionate professionals dedicated their strengths to helping more than 500 children with various needs at New Step Consultation Services Inc. Our continual purpose is to assist all children in reaching their fullest potential.
- Provides ongoing one-on-one or group intervention at clinic/home intervention sessions/daycare setting to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other special needs
- Follows a comprehension program (that teaches language acquisition, social skills, behavioral regulation, and self-help skills) designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our clients
- Optional: Free BCBA Supervision hours available based on individual performance and commitment
- Those who have shown outstanding performance after one year of employment will be eligible to apply for other benefits (i.e. travel allowance or cell phone allowance)

Description:
A BI implement 1:1 intervention session with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or other behavioural disorders on a daily basis at Kidz Venture Active Club & ABA Services Center, client’s home and/or community settings. Programs are implemented as per the client’s Behavioral Plan of Intervention (BPI) and ongoing consultation and recommendations from the Board Certified Behaviour Consultant (BCBA) Behaviour Consultant (BC), Occupational Therapist (OT), and/or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
