SFU sweeps Science Council awards:

Four professors and an SFU graduate won four of the six Science Council of B.C. awards presented in 2001. The annual awards recognized physicist Simon Watkins, biologist Mark Winston, engineer Albert Leung, engineer and physicist Colombo Bolognesi, and biology doctoral graduate Robert Vernon, for their exceptional contributions to British Columbia's economic development through scientific and technological research.
