As Canada's top comprehensive university, SFU engages with our community on many levels:

• Researchers across all disciplines are creating new knowledge that can one daty improve people’s lives.
• Students are graduating with knowledge, skills and passion that will allow them to contribute meaningfully to our the the global community.
• Student athletes are excelling at their sports as they embark on a new level of competition in the NCAA.
• Through outreach programs, we are ensuring that the university's vast physical and intellectual resouces reach beyond the borders of our three campuses.
• Our donors are providing the resources to expand programs, educate students and reach out even further.
