this thursday, august 17th 10 am meet in the parking lot on the north side of capstan way between sexsmith and garden city in richmond i have attached a map of the route that Leigh Palmer extracted from google earth showing the route we would take, an approximate distance of 12 km (an hour and a bit?) each way, all on the dyke. around 11:30 we will have lunch on the wharf in steveston at sockeye city on bayview street. they have a large outdoor patio and provision for locking up our bikes. their phone number is 604-275-6790. i will take my cell phone on the ride 604-721-1795 if you are not interested in the bike ride but would like to join us for lunch please do so. i checked with the restaurant and we do not require a reservation. hope to see you thursday one way or the other. elizabeth michno 604-461-1945 michno@sfu.ca
