SFU Remembers Friday, November 10 12:30 pm Halpern Centre room 126
The campus community is invited to gather for a brief ceremony to remember those who have suffered and died in wars past and present, and to consider how we may commit ourselves to work for peace.
The ceremony will be presided over by Dr. Warren Gill, Vice President, University Relations, and will feature an SFU piper, the CQT ensemble, readings by a student and remarks from Dr. Andre Gerolymatos.
Note that this year the ceremony will be held in the (warm) Halpern Centre, and not outside at Convocation Mall as in past years.
Everyone is welcome.
