Health & Counselling Services is offering free workshops to anyone in the SFU community on Support Over Suicide and Dealing with Students in DistressSFU is offering these sessions to be pro-active about mental health issues. The skills that people will learn will not only add to their toolkit at work but will be useful in all aspects of their lives.
