This is a colour infrared digital image captured over Kananskis Country, Alberta at a flying height of 15,000 ft. The lake in the centre of the image is Barrier lake. This image has been rectified and resampled to 10 metre pixels.
The same image overlayed over top of the 1:50000 National Topographic Series (NTS) map, Canmore 82-013 (3rd. edition. 1980), used for rectification. The rectified image fits the NTS map sheet quite well given the accuracy of the NTS sheet.
