SHUTSRV

Stops a server.


Syntax

The SHUTSRV macro invokes the OPERATE procedure to terminate a server that is specified with the server-name argument.

%SHUTSRV(server-name, <oapw>);

server-name
specifies the server name. The name can be an alias or an actual serverid.

oapw
specifies the operator-access password to be mapped to the SAPW= option in the PROC OPERATE statement.

%shutsrv(serv1,myoperpw);
