Missing Values
PROC LOESS deletes any observation with missing values for any
variable specified in the MODEL statement. This enables the procedure to
reuse the kd tree for all the dependent variables that appear in the MODEL
statement. If you have multiple dependent variables with different
missing value structures for the same set of independent variables, you
may want to use separate PROC LOESS steps for each dependent variable.
