MA Symposium, December 2015

The 2015 graduating cohort of the Masters of Comparative Media Arts program at Simon Fraser University graduate symposium, Intersections.

Friday, December 4, 2015
Djavad Mowafaghian World Art Centre

SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts

Presentations by: Jelena Beokovic, Carolina Bergonzoni, Elysia Bourne, Wendy Dallian, Kristina Fiedrich, Molly Jane Grant, Rebecca Karpus, Jorma Kujala, Maria Cecilia Saba Bonilla, and Bridget Uhl.

As the final presentation of our scholarly practices, the symposium is a professional platform from which to disseminate our research to an audience of fellow students, friends, family, alumni, faculty, and scholars. In 2014, students of the Masters of Comparative Media Arts program produced a new scholarly journal publication with the goal of highlighting new and diverse research in our fields of study. An interdisciplinary publication, the Journal of Comparative Media Arts will be sold at the event, supporting the journal now passed to the next cohort.
