Veil of Nature

An immersive, experiential installation, which explores the relationship between science and metaphysics.

Martin Gotfrit

The installation is in the form of an 18-ft. cube suggestive of a late C19 academic scenario with blackboard surfaces covered in 19th c. mathematical formulae. Participants enter the cube one at a time through a wooden door, expecting to find themselves inside a classroom or lab; instead they encounter a completely different kind of circular space that invites them into an immersive sound/media journey which adapts to the actions of their individual use.

The Veil of Nature is an immersive, experiential installation, which explores the relationship between science and metaphysics through a visual, auditory and multi-sensory haptic experience.
