SFU's School for the Contemporary Arts students are one of the institution’s richest resources. They come from cities, provinces, nationally and the internationally. They come to develop their talents and abilities, and broaden their intellectual horizons.

Despite their diverse backgrounds, talents and interests they are unified into a singularity by one thing: the considerable and serious commitment to their work, whether within the disciplines of Art & Culture, Dance, Film, Music, Theatre, Visual Art, or across an interdisciplinary curriculum.

FPA is now CA

As of September 2017, all Contemporary Arts classes have changed code from FPA to CA. If you have been advised to take a class with an FPA prefix, please take the class with the CA prefix. It is the same class.
