Jessica McMann's Iikitapiit

Here's a moving and energizing new dance and music video work by SCA MFA candidate Jessica McMann, produced with support from CBC Vancouver and directed by SCA MFA alumni Irina Lord. Titled Iikitapiit, which in Blackfoot means "to be strong after loss and to keep going," McMann's hopes her video will provide a platform to deliver a message of strength, support, and resilience to "Indigenous, queer, two-spirited people, and women in particular."
