SFU Science provides a flexible and multidisciplinary learning environment for exploring your world. The Faculty of Science is comprised of 8 departments, each offering fundamental courses as well as newly evolving classes that reflect new frontiers in science. If you’re entering SFU directly from high school, consider Science Year One - an intimate, cohort-based learning community at our Surrey Campus. We want you to get the education that suits your needs, so we’ve introduced a double minor program and interdisciplinary joint majors that combine Psychology and Biomedical Physiology & Kinesiology, or Business Administration and Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. Feel free to explore different subjects and courses to find what sparks your imagination and then speak to an advisor about creating a path that works for you.Your university education isn’t just about formal studies. Enrich your education with a variety of extraordinary learning opportunities outside the classroom. Get career exposure and build confidence through co-op work terms, sign up for a field school, work with professors on research projects, volunteer and become a peer counselor, or simply join our campus events, like Science Frosh or Geek Week. The friendships you make and the experiences you have are all a part of your education journey.Programs in ScienceTransfer Credit for Med School(s) Admissions
