Simon Fraser - The Explorer

Dr Katie McCullough, SFU history professor and Director of the Centre for Scottish Studies, was recently interviewed by CJSF Radio and, among other things, talked about the life and family background of Simon Fraser, the challenges he faced as a child growing up in Scotland, and the relationship he had with the companies he worked for. Professor McCullough also speaks about how the name of our university - "Simon Fraser University" - emerged, and some of the various accomplishments of Simon Fraser.
