KEY/CARD FEES
Fees for access control services are developed with consideration for the costs of stock materials as well as the administrative and labour associated with re-stocking inventory when keys and/or cards are returned damaged, or are reported lost or stolen.
Effective April 1, 2008, fees are:

Note: As per University policy AD 1.04, individual users are responsible for applicable deposits while requesting departments are responsible for all service charges associated with key/card issue.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Keys/Cards:
Lost/stolen or damaged keys and cards will be replaced for a fee. In the event that a Department must be re-keyed because of a specific security breach due to lost and/or compromised keys proven to be the fault of an individual designated by that department to possess a key, the individual and/or department concerned may be charged with the cost of re-keying.
