Flu Vaccine Availability Update, Nov. 17, 2009

Public health has announced a change in the criteria for receiving the flu vaccine.  This information and our ability to provide the vaccine is changing rapidly.  Please see http://www.sfu.ca/vaccinations/?feed=rss2 for the latest information on availability.   Flu Clinics will be offered at specific times at SFU for people who meet the public health expanded criteria while supplies last.

SFU Health and Counselling Services has received a limited supply of H1N1 vaccine for students, faculty and staff who are: 

Clinics for these specific groups will be held on the following dates.  Please NOTE the different locations and times:

Vancouver : Hallway Outside of HCS Vancouver
November 19, Thursday 10:00am-1:00 pm

Burnaby : James Douglas room
November 20, Friday   11:00am-2:00pm  

Please bring your medical insurance documentation (i.e. CareCard).
