YWiB SFU is recruiting executives!

The SFU Chapter of Young Women in Business (YWiB SFU) is currently accepting applications for its 2010/2011 executive team. This opportunity is excellent for dynamic female leaders who would like to gain valuable skills while working with other passionate individuals.

The YWiB chapter at SFU was newly launched in September 2009 as a branch of the larger YWiB Non-Profit Network. This student organization is committed in bringing opportunities to build the foundation for the future of female leaders in Business. The organization achieves this by providing mentorship, networking and facilitated growth opportunities to its members.

YWiB SFU focuses on bringing together emerging and passionate female leaders. Some of the events that the organization has put together in the past includes the DARE Panel Session and the Beyond Pink Gala.

For the 2010/2011 executive recruitment, the following positions are available:

  1. VP Member Relations
  2. VP Mentor Relations
  3. VP Corporate Relations
  4. VP Events (2 Positions Available)
  5. VP Finance
  6. VP Administration
  7. Marketing Coordinator(s)
