SFSS Elections: March 17-19

You have probably seen the posters around campus but may not know the who, what, where, when and why of the upcoming Simon Fraser Student Society Elections.

From March 17-19, SFU students can vote both online and on-campus for their next SFSS executive and other department specific representatives. At the same time, students can vote on 6 referendum questions to make their voices heard on a variety of issues including questions about democratic reform to the SFSS, and about the ongoing debate with the Canadian Federation of Students.

Information about the referendum questions (including what they are!) and about all the candidates can be found online or in the March 16 issue of the Peak. Results for both the general election and referendum questions will be posted at noon on the Independent Electoral Commisson Website immediately following the last day of voting ( March 20th).
