Wear White to Black out Cancer

Did you know that white symbolizes purity? White daises are the symbol for innocence and gentleness, and in physics, white light is the combination of all light colors.

Wear White to Black Out Cancer is a Facebook event aimed at encouraging and bringing hope to people with any type of cancer. Show your support and wear a white t-shirt this November 30, 2010 and demonstrate you care!

RSVP on the Facebook event and invite your friends to participate. If you want to get more involved, there are always volunteer opportunities at Canadian Cancer Society and BC Cancer Agency.

Cancer is a disease that blackens the lives of both the individuals afflicted with the disease and their family and friends.Volunteer, participate in an event, donate, or wear white this November 30th to make cancer history!
