The Alliance for People’s Health is hosting a FREE two-part  workshop on stress and anxiety reduction and mental health.

Session 1: Self Skills and Community Care: Anxiety, Stress and Depression May 26th

Session 2: Building Positive Mental Health May 27th

672 E. Broadway (at Fraser Street), from 6:00-8:00pm

This two-part event is dedicated to identifying the root causes of stress and anxiety in day-to-day life, gaining preventative skills for better mental health, defining positive mental health and how we can achieve it, and finding out what mental health services are available within the community.

Food, childcare, and bus tickets are available. Everyone is welcome!

Wellness is an active, lifelong process of becoming aware of choices and making decisions toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

-  Take the Wellness Quiz and learn what should do to live a more balanced life if you’re unsure if you have the right balance in your life
-  If you need a little more laughter in your life, take one hour for Just for the Laugh of it: Laughter Yoga. Feel refreshed, invigorated, and relaxed. Fitness Studio, Chancellors Gym, Mondays, 2:30 – 3:20pm. Register Online.
