Types of Fees

There are three types of fees:

  1. SFU Application Fee
  2. Admission Deposit for New Students
  3. Course Tuition Fees

Payment Methods

You may pay your SFU fees by any of the following methods:

  1. Through online or telephone banking
  2. In person at SFU campuses (cash, cheque, money order, debit card)
  3. By mail (cheque, money order).

Checking Your Account

All of your account information is available in SIS in your Student Center, under Finances > Account Summary.   Show more

Penalty on Outstanding Tuition and Fees

You must pay your fees in full by the due date for each semester, usually the second Friday of the semester.   Show more

Refunds for Overpayment

If you have overpaid, you must submit a refund request form to Student Accounts in Student Services. Click here for information on refunds.

Income Tax Receipts

T2202A forms for claiming tuition in your tax deductions are available through SIS under Campus Finances in Self Service, or under Finances in your Student Center. Click here for tax information.
