Real and Imaginary Self

Project description: Digital photography diptych that represents the real and imaginary self. In this project, I want people to experience two distinct differences from the photos—the relaxed, leisurely feeling at home and the free, vigorous feeling in the outdoors.

Creative process:

Progression of my idea from the beginning stage to the later stage. (including the shooting process).

Technical Process:

In my first photo, I used shearing tools of photopea to remove some unnecessary background pieces and most of my legs in order to match my second photo. Then I rotated the photo with a few angles.
In my second photo, I used shearing tools to remove the wheels in the background and I applied a contrasting cool colour filter using the photopea filter.
