The key to adding three dB measurements together is to do them in pairs (which pair you start with is arbitrary).
The difference between 50 and 57 is 7 dB, so find that on the top of the scale, and note the correction of 0.8 (note, the corrections increase to the left). This is added to the higher value, and you get 57.8.
The difference between 57.8 and 60 is 2.2, so the correction is about 2.0, so that is added to the 60 to get the result.
