FOLDER 21 COMMENTARY

1. Large crowd surrounding the band - approx. a 15 piece orchestra, voices, footsteps, etc, man in behind me asks to shout the PNE slogan "win a house, win a car, step right up folks!" - and so he does at 1:40, I begin walking away at 2:25.

2. Big Bill is the emcee, coordinating the event and entertaining the crowd.

3. Soundwalk - I begin by walking past the radio station karaoke stand, "Chris" goes ahead and sings a Tragically Hip song.

4. The recording begins with the games attendant calling for more players, spinning wheel at 0:40, expletive at 1:05, the race begins at 2:03.

5. Soundwalk clockwise around perimeter of the marketplace, large crows, vendors making sales.
