Access Control (Keys / Cards & Fobs) & Locksmith Services Update

Please note the following office hours for the Burnaby Access Control office:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-2:00pm

Friday: Closed

Please be advised that the Access Control office will not be available for phone service Friday, April 26, 2024. Please submit your requests via email and flag as urgent and staff will respond as soon as possible.

If it is an emergency, please contact Campus Security via the Emergency number, 778-782-4500. If it is not an emergency, but urgent, please contact Campus Security via the Non-Emergency number, 778-782-7991.

A secure access device dropbox remains available after hours for those returning keys, cards and fobs. The dropbox may be found mounted outside of our SRS office space in Discovery 1.
