HOW TO GET A RADIOISOTOPE PERMIT

You must have a Radioisotope Permit, signed by the Director of Research safety, EH&S,  in order to use radiological materials at SFU. You can apply for a permit by completing the application form and returning it to J. Rickers-Haunerland at the Radiation Safety Office through the campus mail or drop it off in person in the Biological Sciences Hot Lab, B7249.

You can amend an existing permit by requesting changes from the Radiation Safety Office. Contact Jutta R.-Haunerland via email at jhaunerl@sfu.ca. If you wish to add new users to an exisiting permit, please download and complete the following form and forward to the Radiation Safety Office.
