Queen Elizabeth Elementary - Wednesday May 20 2009

On Wednesday May 20, 2009 we went on the road again to hold an astronomy workshop for Mrs. Carter's grade 3 class at Queen Elizabeth Elementary School. Dr. Sarah Johnson organized this trip for her son Tristan's class. The workshop was a great addition to the unit on space that they were just finishing up. The class was very enthusiastic and peppered Dr. Johnson with questions throughout the workshop. On June 23rd Dr. Johnson returned to Queen Elizabeth to present the class with their very own telescope!
