Please submit this form by the internal deadline date noted here. In the case of institutitional, limited submission and top-priority opportunities, the President's Advisory Committee will review candidate submissions and select nominees for each award based on the materials presented, or may request additional information from the faculty nominator. A brief (i.e., 1-2 page) free-form statement written by the candidate or faculty nominator that clearly describes the originality, significance and impact of the individual’s (or team's) work as it relates to the award criteria. This statement should be written in layperson terms. If the award carries a research grant, the candidate should include a brief outline of the proposed project.

An updated CV in any format.
The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act  (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468). It is related directly to and needed by the University in order to administer the nomination process for major external research awards. The information may be used by the President’s Advisory Committee on Awards, Honours and Prizes to recommend which candidate(s) will proceed to nomination with the assistance of the Institutional Strategic Awards Office.
