January 16 (Sunday) | Last day to drop a class for 100% refund of tuition. For Mandatory Supplementary Course Fee refunds, please check with the department/faculty regarding the specific deadline. |
January 23 (Sunday) | Last day for 75% refund of tuition. Last day for refund of student fees (Student Services, Recreation-Athletics, and Student Activity). A 2% monthly interest charge will be assessed on the outstanding balance after tuition deadline and on the first of each month thereafter. |
January 30 (Sunday) | Last day for 50% refund of tuition. No refund of student fees. A 2% monthly interest charge will be assessed on the outstanding balance after tuition deadline and on the first of each month thereafter. |
January 31 (Monday) | No refund for courses dropped. A 2% monthly interest charge will be assessed on the outstanding balance after tuition deadline and on the first of each month thereafter. |
February 18 (Friday) after 10:00 am, and every month thereafter | If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, refund cheques requested for overpayment (which are not related to scholarships and bursaries) are available for pickup at Burnaby campus, unless payment has been made by personal cheque (which requires a 45 day clearance period).
