Peer Coach

Peer Coaches support the Peer Education program by facilitating goal-setting and personal development meetings with Peer Educators. In this role, Peer Coaches have the opportunity to explore their own coaching style and develop proficiency in running effective one-on-one developmental meetings. Peer Coaches also work on a personal goal for themselves each term with the support of a Senior Peer Coach. Additionally, Peer Coaches have the opportunity to plan and implement professional development and social events for the entire Peer Education program.

You may apply to become a Peer Coach in any area in which you've been a Peer Educator.
