The Body Project

How we feel about our bodies can impact our well-being. The Body Project is a participatory discussion and an evidence-based program on body image issues that aims to help reduce the internalization of our culture’s appearance ideal by understanding where restrictive and reductive canons of beauty come from while empowering participants and promoting body acceptance and celebration.
