How it all started:

It all started one day when Maya, a Belgian Shepherd, showed up to work for some puppy therapy. Maya was an instant star and the idea was such a huge hit with students, staff and faculty, that Puppy Therapy was born. Puppy Therapy has since provided students, faculty & staff with an opportunity to de-stress from school and life’s many stressors while bringing smiles, laughter and joy to everyone who has participated. Puppy Therapy truly is an event for everyone.

Puppy Therapy Partners

Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS) have been generous in their participation each semester with their puppies in training. PADS' mission is to breed, raise, train, and place assistance dogs for persons with physical disabilities, deaf or hard-of-hearing. These dogs provide their partners with an increased level of independence and enhanced quality of life. Our puppy therapy sessions also assist the dogs in their training of socialization.

Do you LOVE having puppy therapy?

The Trained Pup joined the Puppy Therapy family in 2015 and we are excited to have them participate. Trained Pups is committed to matching good people with great puppies. They love all canine companions, and they know that all puppies are lovable.
