S: Social connection
What does it mean to be socially connected? Quality relationships are central to individual and collective well-being and you can still feel connected to your networks even if you don’t see them often. Discover ways to enhance your university experience by connecting with others, forming new relationships or enhancing existing relationships, and engaging with your community.
P: Physical health
Physical health is important for overall well-being and is linked to positive mental health. Support your physical health by maintaining your digital well-being, getting restful sleep, nourishing your body with nutritious food, being active, and practicing safer sex.
