This is a series of workshops that mainly focuses on Stress, Self-Compassion, and Facing the Unknown ("What if..." questions). Each week we will examine a range of strategies to enhance your ability to manage your well-being.

In each workshop, you will engage in the learning process through:

Acceptance
Reflection
Empathy
