Meet Hi-FIVE

Every year we recruit new team members. If you have a passion for mental health education and reducing stigma and want to join our team, keep watch for our recruitment opportunities, send us an email, and follow us on Instagram.

Cassidy Ouldtata-Allan

Hello! My name is Cassidy, and I am pursuing a Psychology Honours degree with a minor in Counselling and Human Development. I am the current Hi-FIVE Co-Coordinator, and I joined the executive team to help reduce the mental health stigma in our SFU community. Through open, honest and informed communication, I believe we can decrease the stigma on our campuses and help people feel more comfortable accessing mental health resources.

Pratit Mohar

Hello SFU! My name is Pratit Mohar and I am currently in the process of completing my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Communications. Currently, I am the Hi-FIVE Co-Coordinator and became a member of the Hi-FIVE Movement to provide mental health support for my peers across the SFU community. Whether it’s through informative events, safe discussions or engaging activities, I believe that mental health stigma across our university can be heavily reduced if we work, respect and care for each other as a community!
