Transformative Education Workshop

goBEYOND is hosting the annual Sustainability Education Across the Province (SEAP) Transformative Education Workshop at UNBC from May 14 to 16.

The 3-day workshop will be facilitated by Duane Elverum of Emily Carr University and Yona Sipos, a PhD Candidate in the Integrated Studies in Land & Food Systems program at UBC, and aims to provide educators with the tools and knowledge to incorporate sustainability into their teaching curriculum. 

Workshop schedule:

Day 1
Participate in dialogues and workshops on sustainability principles and curriculum development

Day 2
Explore UNBC and environs and engage local sustainability experts to learn about "Canada's green university"

Day 3
Work to refine an individual sustainability plan for your course or academic program
