text=Flash - Advanced ActionScripting - Content on Demand<br><br>Week 11 Lesson Plan:<br><br>This lesson, we will start by showing you a few inspirational links and explaining how many Flash sites use content on demand to manage bandwidth and download times. <br><br>Concepts:<br>We'll review last weeks lesson briefly.<br> <br>Skills and Exercise: <br>Next we will create a pre-loader for the basic website students created in last week's lesson (using the ifFrameLoaded action). <br><br>Then we will create each section of the website as a different SWF file, each with a pre-loader. We'll make the section buttons load in the SWFs using the loadMovieNum action.<br><br>Finally we will explain to you the difference between levels and layers.<br><br>Wrap-up:<br>We'll remind you of the resources available and briefly go through the ones posted. Of course, there will be time for students to ask questions and play around in the software.
