This lesson, we will start by going through Premier%27s applications in the industry and showing you some related inspirational links and scenes from movies.

Skills:
We%27ll introduce video editing skills such as capturing and editing.

Concepts:
We%27ll introduce the Tool Bars and all Tools, Menus, Timelines, File Browser, Filters, and other Premier interface features and explain their functions.

Concepts:
We%27ll introduce the use of the Batch Capture tool, Edit Capture Lists, Clips, Layers, Audio Tracks, In and Out Frames, Formats and Basic Editing.

Then we will demonstrate 5 of the often-used Premier shortcuts.

Exercise:
We%27ll go through the Premier tutorial together.

We%27ll remind you of the resources available and briefly go through the ones posted. As well, there will be time for you to ask questions and play around in the software.
