Burnaby event

Walk/run participants start gathering in Convocation Mall.

Registration table:  Individuals may sign up at the registration table if they haven't already done so online.

Teams check-in and drop off donations. (Teams should be previously registered.)

Donation table:  Drop off donations.  Make sure team donations are clearly marked.

Photo OP: University photographer captures photos. Get the photographer's attention for a team photo.

Bag Check-in: Participants may check in knapsacks and personal belongings at the station provided in the Convo Mall. Belongings will be transported to route end at Terry Fox Field.

Bring your water bottle; water will be available.

SFU President Petter presents Terry Fox Gold Medal Award.

A brief warm-up led by SFU Fitness Instructors and McFogg the Dog begins.

After the warm-up, the President will then invite the walk/run participants to follow the Piper to the Terry Fox statue where the 4.5 km run and 2.5km walk will begin.
