Milan Singh completed her doctorate in the School of Communication at Simon Fraser University. Her research focuses on public inquiries, testimony, and the rights of citizens. Milan Singh has a passion for teaching and has been a sessional instructor for a variety of courses in Communication Studies, including courses such as Race and the Media and Cultural Dimensions in Advertising. She is currently a research fellow at the Centre for Policy Studies on Culture and Communities, and a director with the Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration Society (VIBC). Milan Singh is excited to be joining SFU’s Teaching and Learning Centre as the Coordinator in Applied Research in Teaching and Learning.
Milan Singh is currently on secondment to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences as a special advisor, teaching and learning, undergraduate programs.
