Conference Program
Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Simon Fraser University are pleased to welcome university vice-presidents with responsibilities across academic, research and administrative portfolios to the annual conference of the National Vice-Presidents’ Academic Council.  We are grateful to our collaborators at CAUBO and QNU for their contributions to the development of the program.  We are putting the finishing touches on what promises to be a very stimulating program. Conference Fees  
Full Conference Early $425 to July 31st
Full Conference $450 from August 1st
Accompanying Person $150

Conference registration fee includes:
Attendance to all meetings and sessions, all meals, (except optional dinner, Wednesday, October 16th), and transportation to meetings and events in Richmond on October 18th.

Optional Dinner Wednesday, October 16: additional fee of $125. Please indicate whether you will be attending the dinner when registering for the conference.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:
Welcome reception October 16 and Dinner October 17

Accommodation and Transportation
For your convenience we have arranged a limited number of rooms at the Delta Vancouver Suites, 550 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, which is adjacent to the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, Simon Fraser University.

Room rates are: Delta Suite, Single/Double Occupancy $139; Deluxe Suite $164; Signature Club Suite $189, plus tax, per night.

Room availability at the conference preferred rate is first come first served and cannot be guaranteed.

In order to secure the group room rate, reservations must be confirmed by September 16, 2013.

Conference participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the Airport. Bus transportation from the Delta Vancouver Suites to Kwantlen Polytechnic University on Friday, October 18th will be provided.
