SFU Research Communications Request Form

Please complete all fields below. The communications staff of the Office of the Vice-President, Research will review your request and be in touch.

Please take note of the turnaround time for each communications request. If your request is needed sooner than the designated turnaround time, we will be in touch to discuss possibilities.

Please do not submit a Communications Request Form until you can provide all of the required information in the form below. Any missing information will delay the process of being able to complete your request. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Note: person may be the same as the project lead.
If this request is for an eBlast or mass email, please include the list name.
Please include any relevant background on this project and/or useful links to websites, etc., that will help us understand your request.
Please include in point form what your key messages are for this project.
Please include any proposed content for this communications piece, if applicable (for example, eBlast body copy, etc.)
Please include if your request has a specific word count limitation, or if the request is for speaking notes, how long the notes need to be.
The date for project lead to receive first draft.
The date for project lead to sign off on request.
