Teaching

OPNET is used in the following two courses:

• Computer Networks - 3rd year
• Wireless Communication Systems - 4th year

The students become familiar with the OPNET Modeller and perform simulations on wireline and wireless networks.

Research

OPNET Modeller is currently used by two graduate students investigating the following topics:

• Phil Wang: Routing protocols for mobile ad hoc networks
• Tina Jiang: Efficient conferencing architectures in educational environments
