Work/Family Balance in Academe:What is SFUFA doing?SFUFA is working with Dr. Iris Geva-May from the Faculty of Education, SFU, on two work - study projects which will help to develop recommendations for family friendly policies: • Survey of policies at other academic institutions • Needs analysis of SFUFA members "Family friendly" policies surveyed in the first project will be reviewed in the context of needs identified through the second project. Recommendations for suitable policies will be considered by the SFUFA executive and brought to the membership. See also: www.sfufa.ca/family.html
