It's no secret that women are still largely underrepresented in industries such as politics, manufacturing, and STEM. At this event, hosted by the Women's Executive Network, trendsetters and trailblazers in these fields will share their experiences of taking the "road less travelled" and breaking the stereotype. Join Dr. Elizabeth Croft, former WWEST Chairholder, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at UBC and Associate Dean in UBC's Faculty of Applied Sciences, as she shares the story of her path to leadership in engineering and academia, and discusses how we can make more room for women in STEM industries.
